Collecting your children
Children need to be collected by the time the club
closes. Collections after this time will be charged at a rate of £10 per child for
every 15 minutes (or part of) you are late
Payment of Fees
There is a non refundable registration fee of £5:00
Fees can be paid by card using the card machines
at all of our clubs, or cash.
We are unable to accept cheques.
Payments are calculated from the beginning of each
hour, e.g. if you are booking from 9.3Oam - 4.30pm you will be
charged for eight hours.
If you book your child in to the club and need to cancel a session
and give us 24 hours notice, you may be entitled to credit if you
paid by card, telephone or internet banking.
Any extra administration (e.g. form filling) costs £5:00
Absences
If for any reason your child is going to be absent
from the club please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.
All the clubs have an answer service and the messages are checked
regularly
